TRACZO

TRACZO is a comprehensive facility management solution designed specifically for hospitals. It functions like an "Uber" within the hospital, using existing Wi-Fi infrastructure for real-time tracking and management of tasks. The cloud-based application automates the tasks of portering, cleaning and security.

Key Features:

Web Application: Nurses or helpdesk staff can easily raise tasks using the web login. The system automatically assigns tasks to the nearest porter with the required skills.

 

Mobile Application: Porters receive tasks via a mobile app, which displays task details and allows them to start and end tasks with a simple button press. The app also includes a "push-to-talk" function for voice communication, similar to a walkie-talkie.

Real-Time Tracking:

Both the web and mobile apps offer real-time location tracking, ensuring efficient task management and resource optimisation.

Reports and Analytics: TRACZO provides detailed reports including:

  • Peak hour activity.

  • Porter efficiency.

  • Resource usage, showing productive man-hours.
