We have been using PORTZO for 10 months now and from day 1 of Go-live I cannot believe how smooth the transition has been, I was not expecting this to be the case as it was a big change in how we were asking our clients to request a porter from picking up the phone to using an app. The support we have had from the Icegen team has been amazing from mobilisation to present day, the amount of bespoke request that have been implemented into the system to accommodate how we run our portering dept has been amazing.
Within the first two months with PORTZO we saw a 26.1% increase in the number of completed tasks and a 31.3% reduction in the task completion time. As Contract manager I particular like the ability to be able to see live data at any point in time and the recent addition of the data analysis is particularly useful in seeing our KPI’s in one simple report. The system has also allowed our Chargehand to be out on the shopfloor with their teams rather than sat behind a desk for the majority of their shifts as we have seen calls into the helpdesk reduce by 90%.
